1 1/2 tbsp Houjicha powder (日本焙茶粉) 2 tbsp hot water (熱水) 100ml milk (鮮奶)
120g plain flour(普通麵粉或低筋麵粉) 20g corn starch (玉米粉)
5 egg whites (蛋白) 1 tsp lemon juice (檸檬汁) 75g (1/3 cup) caster sugar (細砂糖)
22cm (9」) chiffon cake pan 22cm (9寸)戚風烤模
Bake in a preheated oven at 140°C for 45 minuets. Then bake at 160°C for 10 minuets. 以140°C烤45分鐘, 再改160°C烤10分鐘
